You might get someone to notice a poster, watch a commercial, or read a brochure. But, is that actually communicating with them?
They read your message; but, are they engage? That’s what communication is about … engaging people in your message.
That’s why we have all these communication tools – an attempt to engage. Email not working? Try Facebook. People stop paying attention to your Facebook page? Start Tweeting!
Maybe it’s us creating all this noise. It could be time focus on one tool … get that working and build the relationships from there. The shotgun approach isn’t always best.
